About a decade ago, I realized that the best way to be a healthy old person was to be a healthy young person, so I set about figuring out how to do that. Down the rabbit hole I went – I read The 4 Hour Body book. I earned certifications for Kettlebell training and from Functional Movement Systems. I went from slow carb to low carb and head long into the Ketogenic diet.

I don’t follow a strict nutrition regimen, I eat what I want. Luckily, what I want most of the time is high protein meals and snacks, because I learned this category of foods make me feel and function best. Bottom line: Sleep well, eat smart, and lift heavy things.

I’m a big fan of Kettlebells and calisthenics – Minimal equipment for maximal results. And best of all? it’s hard to make excuses when everything you need is in the spare room. If you’re looking to up your fitness game, I highly recommend checking out the Agatsu options.

Get healthy and stay healthy, folks. It’s easier to enjoy life, and you’ll be able to enjoy it longer.
